BUT WHY CHOOSE CONCHO VALLEY TO BUILD YOUR NEXT HOME?

The primary reason for choosing Concho Valley is location to all the other communities and the lower cost to acquire and develope property. Concho Valley has access to affordable city water, saving money on drilling a water well which certainly helps to beautify properties with trees and other greenery as well as on-grid power eliminating the need for costly alternative energy equipment.  Some of the properties listed on this website also include sewer, which eliminates a septic system.

East of Hwy 61 the majority of East Concho Valley is built around the Old Concho Valley Golf Course.  Many of the Streets have golf course names, such as Green Drive, Fairway Circle, Caddie Lane, Trevino Drive, etc. Some of these properties border the old golf course, while other rise above on the eastern hillsides. West of the Highway there are some properties that rise above the valley floor with spectacular views of the community.  We feature properties on the East side of Hwy 61.  Check out our current listings under the Listings Tab in the navigation menu.
